Eric Baldwin is a long time poker pro and Las Vegas resident. As co-captain of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team, he helped lead the Warhawks to the NCAA Division III National Championship in 2005. Playing under the screenname “basebaldy”, Baldwin began his poker career online and quickly  moved up the tournament ranks.  Success in the live arena followed shortly after his online debut as Baldwin won the 2009 CardPlayer Magazine Player of the Year Award. Shortly after this prestigious recognition  he had his biggest career score to date, finishing 2nd in the 2010 WPT Championship for $1,034,715.  A true grinder, Baldwin has amassed over $8.3M in live earnings, 2 WSOP gold bracelets, 95 WSOP cashes (24th all-time), 435 total cashes (8th all-time), and is  #1 on the all-time money list at the Venetian Poker Room.
