November was a month of meaningful progress across tournaments, cash games, and platform reliability. We focused heavily on quality-of-life improvements, security updates, and foundational work that strengthens the long-term stability of Phenom Poker. This wasn’t a flashy release month — it was a “tighten the screws and clean things up” kind of month.

This Month in Review

This month brought a wide range of improvements across gameplay and structure:

• Desktop Client available for download for both Mac and PC.

• Run It Twice & Run It Three Times adding more control and flexibility for players during all-in situations.

• Tournament rake adjustments for higher buy-ins to return more value to players.

• Bomb Pot Thursdays launched as a new weekly special.

• Leaderboards split by stake, creating fairer competition across player groups.

• Refined stake definitions for Fixed Limit and NL/PL.

• Bomb Pot ante visibility added directly in the lobby.

• Improved Sit & Go ordering for better navigation.

• IP address masking rolled out for enhanced privacy and safety.

• Tournament schedule refined, with improved structure and pacing.

• Increased guarantees across multiple events, building a more competitive slate for players.

• Numerous updates to table responsiveness, action buttons, and rebuy interactions to reduce friction.

Current Issues & Lessons Learned

We continued addressing recurring friction points throughout the month — including table responsiveness, action button stability, rebuy behavior, and buy-in checks. These updates are part of an ongoing effort to smooth out gameplay and reduce interruptions during regular play.

New & Upcoming Features

Alongside stability work, several major features are progressing through development:

Tournament Ecosystem Expansion

• Satellite Tournaments – more accessible entry paths into higher-buy-in events.

• Tournament Tickets – flexible system for entries, prizes, and promotional rewards.

Agent Tools & Growth Systems

• Master Agent Deals – a more structured and transparent system for high-level partners.

• Master Agent Dashboard – new tools for reporting, growth tracking, and network management.

What’s Next

December’s primary goals include moving several major features toward release:

• Satellite Tournaments — targeting initial rollout after flow testing

• Tournament Tickets — aiming to release alongside satellites

• Master Agent Dashboard — progressing through refinement and stability checks

• All In Equities  — designed and tasked for development

• Show Folded Cards  — designed and tasked for development

These features are close, but each still requires testing, iteration, and polish before going live. Our focus is to release them steadily and safely rather than rushing them out.

Marketing

Now that we have a growing player base for tournaments any acquired players now have something to play! And our user acquisition efforts are not restricted to just cash game players.

We are reactivating our efforts across the agent network as well as in early discussion with some iGaming marketing experts which will allow us to drive additional user traffic.
