Tell us about your Family: I have 4 beautiful daughters, 2 still at home and 2 off living their best lives out of the nest.

Pets: 2 crazy cats who hate each other and live in separate halves of the house.

How long have you been playing poker: 20 years.

What drew you to poker: I actually started out playing a computer Texas Holdem game, progressed to the cringeworthy zynga poker on Facebook, then to pub poker and grew from there.

Favorite poker game: Has to be Omaha but at Phenom I’m really enjoying beginning to learn a lot of the mixed game variants!

Favorite starting hand: No fav but lucky hand for me is 10 8 suited, preferably hearts.

Live or online: Definitely prefer online, I don’t think I’m good at hiding tells.

Favorite poker room: Well it has to be Phenom doesn’t it lol. not many options for us Aussies, I’m so glad to have Phenom now!

Poker Pro you admire most: Shurane Vijayaram.

Biggest poker win: Winning back to back $2 rebuy for 5.5k on full tilt back in the day (yes im a micro player, don’t come for me).

Best poker experience: Grinding the cash tables at Crown Casino on a Friday and Saturday night, meeting lots of new people, including the father of my two youngest daughters.

Poker pet peeve: People who think it’s ok to seriously abuse other players in a chat box.

If you could sit down with any 5 people to play poker with, who would you pick: Robin Williams, Elon Musk, Benson Boone, Phil Ivey and Patrik Antonio.

What brought you to Phenom: As a busy mum, my only real options these days are online sites. There isn’t a lot of options in Australia and when I heard of Phenom and their unique setup, I had to give it a go!

Hobbies outside of poker: Reading, binge watching series on Netflix, especially true crime. Dabble a little in painting and other crafty pursuits.

Favorite sports teams: I’m gonna be a downer here and say I don’t follow sport, only the ones I’m forced to watch by certain other people haha.

Favorite types of music and bands to listen to: I’m one of those people who will listen to practically anything and enjoy it. How can I pick just one? One minute I might be singing along to ACDC, Elton John, Britney Spears and next minute it could be Benson Boone, Jellyroll, or even Kpop Golden. I’m a woman of many many tastes.

Favorite TV show: Finished the full season of Breaking Bad recently, currently watching Outlander which I enjoyed reading the book series of back when I was a spring chicken.

Favorite meal: Mexican food is top of my list, can’t go past a banging enchilada.

What are you usually doing when playing online: This is a very loaded question for me! I’ve already said I’m a busy mum so would it surprise you if I told you I’m almost always multitasking. Cooking dinner, vaccuming and mopping, folding washing, cleaning showers. I’m very very rarely just focused on the poker.
